From 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, enjoy a special moment to reconnect with yourself, share warm experiences, and celebrate feminine energy in an exceptional setting near Montpellier.

9:30 AM – Participant Welcome
Warm welcome and start of the morning.

10:00 AM – Sport & Wellness

• Workshops: 45 minutes of Pilates followed by 45 minutes of Yoga

• Golf competition: shotgun start on the compact course

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Social Moment
