The Oenotables – Singular Dinners

Azalée Restaurant unveils a brand-new dinner experience concept:
LES ŒNOTABLES, intimate evenings dedicated to wine, local terroir, and human connection.
On the first Thursday of each month, a winery is invited to present its estate and share its vintages alongside a menu specially created by our chef.
10 guests, 5 wines, 5 guided tasting moments – a journey blending gastronomy and terroir.
First Edition – November 6
For this inaugural event, we welcome Château de La Chaize, a historic Beaujolais estate.
Led by Stéphane Lebesgue, regional ambassador, who will present their wines and engage with our guests.
